We believe that Service management is an essential part of Managed Services. That’s why we are looking for several Service Management profiles:

  • Service Managers
  • Service Delivery Managers
  • Service Line Managers.

You are the magic link between business and technology. You know how the applications work, what their problems can be and can translate this to your clients.

What you know about Service Management:
  • You know how to monitor SLA’s and SLO’s.
  • You know as no other what the teams are working on, and you are the bridge between them and management.
  • You will translate incidents, problems, and solutions into readable reports.
  • You monitor processes and service delivery, all this while ensuring that technologies, methodologies, and processes run together.
  • You will take initiative to bring different stakeholders together in status meetings.
Your skillset

If you know how to work in one of the next Process Methodologies or willing to learn them, then we are a match!

  • Lean Six Sigma
  • ITIL
  • SLA/SLO-management
Your personal power skills:
  • You work process-oriented and accurate.
  • You have a pragmatic approach
  • You know how to communicate and translate technology matters.
